Andrew and Gabriella Morrison are the creators of “hOMe”: a modern design, 207 SF (+110 SF in lofts) moveable tiny house. Andrew has been a professional builder for over 20 years and has been teaching people how to build their own homes in his hands on workshops since 2004.
Andrew and Gabriella’s personal experience with tiny housing came while living in the “American Dream” home. Frustrated by feeling like slaves to it, they got rid of 90% of their worldly belongings, bought a pop-up tent trailer and spent nearly 5 months reassessing what “home” meant to them while living in Mexico. The result of that search was the design for the hOMe tiny house.
The hOMe tiny house, designed and built by Andrew and Gabriella Morrison, offers tiny house living without compromise! The layout of this 207sf (+110sf in lofts) home is open and spacious while keeping within legal road restrictions (8’6” wide x 13’6” tall). A full sized kitchen, home office for two, copious amounts of storage, stair access to master loft, spacious bathroom, secondary queen sized loft, and elegant design makes this an ideal home for a single person wanting a bit more space, a couple, and/or family with one or two young children. The hOMe tiny house plans have been engineered and are tried-and-true (they’ve been built by dozens of happy customers). The building system was designed with the novice builder in mind and marries basic building techniques with innovative engineering.
