Yes and No, we have driven a Salsa Box with the living roof installed but it didn’t travel well, meaning the succulents (plants) were damaged.
It’s mainly aesthetic, we actually recommend doing a small corrugate metal roof, its way more durable and travels better.
$8000-9000, that includes everything, even the trailer.
Iron Eagle from Fairview Oregon, they build the best trailers out there in Shelter Wise opinion.
It’s a mixture of 3/8 ACX plywood (smooth one side) and Clear Vertical Grain cedar.
Sikkens or an exterior penetrating oil
Yes with a water base polyurethane Low VOC.
Marvin Fiberglass, awning style.
We went to a commercial kitchen store and bought a 24’ x 24” stainless steel sink and then lined the walls with stainless steel wall panels and boom we had a mini shower.
There is a small bathfan in the bathroom that is on a timer, runs 15 mins every 2 hrs. The tiny home is also built so the walls and roof can breath (vapor transfusion). Do yourself a favor and don’t build your tiny homes too tight.
Its made from a commercial kitchen counter and we weld stainless steel backsplashes, super simple!
