Digital Delivery

All digital products purchased from TinyHousePlans.com will be delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital plans. An email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays.

Important Notes:

  • The email will come from Tiny House Plans via FetchApp (our digital delivery service) and will take you to a subdomain of tinyhouseplans-com.fetchapp.com. If your web browser issues a warning regarding the subdomain, please ensure the domain matches the one specified tonight and click "ignore" to take you to the download page.
  • Digital download links are valid for 5 downloads of each file within the order.
  • You should receive your order within 15 minutes. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • For any issues with your digital download, please contact our customer support at support@tinyhouse.com.

Printed Plans Shipping

For those who order printed plans, TinyHousePlans.com offers a printing and shipping service for physical copies. Printed plans are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Details:

  • Processing Time: Orders for printed plans are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery times are:
    • Domestic (USA): 5-7 business days
    • International: 10-15 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
